Entry Deadlines

  • Entry & Payment Deadline: Halloween at midnight, October 31st, 2025*
  • Level Changes Deadline: November 15th, 2025
  • No Refunds AFTER November 30th, 2025
  • Subject to availability
  • A full refund will be issued if the competition is canceled on our behalf due to new Local or State Guidelines.

Entry Fees

  • Girls: Levels 3-10, Xcel & HUGS (Placement Only) $130
  • Boys: Levels 3-10, NCAA $130 (no Boys for 2026)
  • Team: Team entry is included in the entry fee.
  • Late Entry Fee: Late Entry Fee after October 31st, 2025: $20 per athlete
    Late Fee for Substitutions after November 15th, 2025: $20 per athlete Make Checks Payable To SAI

Sratches: No refunds after November 30th, 2025, unless canceled on our behalf due to new Local or State Guidelines.

  • Login to USA Gymnastics
  • Cancel the gymnast in the reservation and complete the reservation
  • Process the new reservation for that competition
  • You will be notified that the gymnast is scratched

We will issue refund checks directly at the meet to a club coach or designated club representative. There are no refunds after November 30th, 2025.
